High 5 Sports Volleyball is officially up and running at City Church. With the help of 3 dozen club players, we are able to pour the love for our game into these new volleyball players! Tuesday and Thursday nights 6-7:30PM. Afterwards, the club players stay and play doubles league. The league format is actually pretty sweet..
We capped at 36 doubles teams (9 nets). Playing either Tuesday or Thursday nights (18 teams, 9 scheduled matches each night etc.). 7:45-9:15PM U13/14/16/18 skill divisions.
Each week you will play with your teammate against another team, 1 match best out of 3, cap at 21 (21/21/15) (League 2v2). After the match above, you will switch and team up with one of the opponents from that team, 1 set cap at 21 (QOB point tracker). You will then switch and team up with the other opponent etc., 1 set cap at 21 (QOB point tracker)
*So every week when you show up to play, you will play with your teammate, then also play with the other team’s players etc.). Guaranteed 4 sets each week*
The last week we will run playoffs for League 2v2. Top 2 teams per divisions (2v2) get prize at end. Top 2 QOB point scorers per divisions get prize at end.
