Preview
Open Gym is available for anyone to attend who is interested in trying out for the club – a coach will be there to answer questions, and work the girls out through a few drills that resemble the same drills ran during tryouts. There will be fun warm ups, mini games, and lots of emphasis on passing, setting and hitting. Open gyms are free and a great way to check the club out, and see where your junior is – skill wise alongside other peers her age, before any sort of commitment.
